The Welcome Spanish program provides a school-based environment where extended academic learning is the norm.
Welcome Spanish offers before or after the bell programs. Students in either program tend to achieve better in math, reading and other subjects; have fewer behavioral problems; and have better attendance records.

Our Goal
The goal is to have students learn the new language by having fun so they can feel comfortable learning. Participating students will be introduced or will reeinforce their Spanish language skills by engaging in singing, circle time, games, story time and hands-on activities for every holiday. During this process, students will gain Spanish phonological awareness effortlessly while enjoying themselves. Learning a language this way tries to resemble the way we all learned our nativve languages.
